Tips about your booth rental

SPACE NEEDED

  • The booth is 6 feet long by 3 feet deep.
  • We like an additional 5 feet around the booth when possible to better manage your guest.
  • A 120v recepticle (outlet) is required within 50 feet of the booth.

PLAN YOUR BOOTH TIME

Make sure to coordinate your booth time with your event schedule. An active booth during dinner or a ceremony would be a waste of BOOTH! Too early in the event, and all your guests might have not arrived yet. Too late, and some might have gone home already! We dont want anyone to miss out on the FLASHBOOTH experience.

SET UP TIME

Depending on the location of your event we like to have at least 3 hrs to set up before your event. This allows us to ensure optimal performance out of the booth.

ALSO KEEP IN MIND

While providing high quality photographs for your event is our number one goal, we really want you to keep in mind that our booth does not have to be a strange presence at your special event. You've spent time decorating your event , why not let us make FLASHBOOTH a part of that decor? We love when guests are as excited about taking photos of the outside of the booth as well as inside!
